So, on my way to work this morning I was thinking how I should set up some goals for this whole weight loss adventure I'm on. For every 5 pounds lost I'm going to buy myself something I've been wanting. Good incentive, right?
I may have to edit this along the way but here is my list:
5lbs - new wallet TBA
10lbs - sailor jerry ship or anchor slip ons
15lbs - UFC hooded sweatshirt
20lbs - hair cut!
25lbs - tattoo!
30lbs - new betsey johnson purse!
35lbs - new digital camera
I'm stopping at 35lbs because that's my first goal weight.
After I reach that I'd like to lose another 20lbs, but I don't want to get ahead of myself & set unrealistic goals & let myself down.
Let's hope this will help & I can stick with this.
I'd really love to feel in shape enough to ride a bike, go hiking, go for runs & not get winded going up three flight of stairs.
